Do you see them or like them? There are a lot of videos on YouTube about abandoned houses and places. Maybe they should have a reality show about abandoned places.

I watched the first seasons of "Project Runway" and that's it for the last 20 odd years of reality shows. I find the concept of most of the shows degrading and humiliating to the participants and audience.

I watch Amazing Race, Survivor, Big Brother.
I still enjoy those.
Stopped watching the Bachelor and Dancing with the stars

I’ve only watched Survivor, Ru Paul’s Drag Race, the A List, Fire Island and a few gay dating shows (Boy Meets Boy and Finding Prince Charming). That’s it for me and “reality”.

There have been abandoned houses shows on TV. My ex watches one on Youtube as well.

I don't watch any reality shows. Watching game videos that my kids watch on Youtube is more reality than reality shows.

I watch real reality content. Shawn James just recording him building his off-grid log cabin, then the outdoor kitchen, the outdoor sauna, the off-grid garage...

I am into camping and bushcraft, but not the serious survival stuff. I was watching a channel about bushcraft when the guy laughed and said he now has his fire steel on a lanyard and went on about loosing it on the show Alone. So had to look that up and he and 3 others I watch were on the first season. That was true reality, they were dropped off in a remote location with x number of allowed items and a giant case full of camera equipment. They recorded everything themselves (many of them already have youtube content) and were actually completely alone. 4 dropped out the first night because of cougar and bear roaming around their camp. That's the kind of reality stuff I watch.

I like a few that are just about people, not competitions. Not the Kardashians but similar. Total Divas, Total Bellas and Miz and Mrs.

At first Total Divas was actually "reality" and then they just made it a show to keep the story lines going from RAW or wherever. Lost its appeal. Total Bellas lost its appeal when I got tired of one of them whining. But do enjoy Miz and Mrs. They are really funny and seem like they would be fun to be around.

I do watch some "reality" tv. It is ridiculous and not real at all but it is entertaining. My favorites are Below Deck, Project Runway, Top Chef, and Ink Master.

And I laugh at Ink Master because I do not have a single tattoo, nor do I ever wish to get a tattoo. But I appreciate the artistry that goes into tattoos.

Depends on which ones, really. I do watch quite a few reality competition series - Top Chef, Amazing Race, Survivor, Masked Singer. Loved The Mole, if you remember that one.

Reality dramas, I really only watch the 90 Day shows and sometimes Judge Judy. Only so much Trash TV I can handle.

Of the other style, I'll watch stuff like House Hunters or Border Security or "guy/gal/Guy travels to restaurants around the world" as background noise.

None.

When I come across one while channel surfing and stop for 5 minutes to see what the new found show is about, I'm usually about ready to hurl after about 5 minutes and move on.

We have a good friend of ours whose daughter was a participant on the Bachelor show. (I think that is the one, not the Bachelorette, she was on the meat rack, not the guys on the meat rack). She said the entire show and all the weeks are entirely scripted, She said each show has many takes and retakes, the dialog is scripted as is the acting. Not really a 'reality' show, as no 'reality' are.

I like to watch reality shows where people are creative such as Making It, Next In Fashion (used to watch Project Runway), and a a few British interior design competitions on Netflix. I watched the first episode of Lego Masters with DS8 and liked it. My favorite reality competition is Nailed It. They have the best hosts/judges.

I used to be (and still am) a huge fan of the old Real World seasons from Mtv. I don't like recent ones, but I love the old ones when it was more of a documentary of the cast type show.

Cooking competitions are my favourite genre of tv. Top Chef, Top Chef Canada, Master Chef, Master Chef Canada, Master Chef Jr., Chopped, The Great British Baking Show, Spring Baking Challenge...the list could go on and on. I watch at least one episode of some sort of cooking competition show every single day.

I’ve never missed a single episode of Amazing Race and Amazing Race Canada. There are also lots of obscure one-off competition shows on Netflix that I’ve enjoyed. As for non-competition shows, just the ones about random people’s lives, well, I’m guilty of watching a train-wreck or two. I watch Sister Wives, although I promise myself every episode is my last, and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. DH and I both watch that one because we’re in the business, same with Flipping Out.

The Mole was the best

House Hunters International
90 Day Fiancé

Completely fake and scripted but it’s fun to watch after a long stressful day

90% of reality tv is scripted, including shows like Survivor. There's no way the producers of that show just up and leave a group of people on a deserted island with no resources.

I binge survivor on youtube because I can skip through the fluff and nonsense. I only watched year 1 when it was originally broadcast.
Things like Deadliest catch, I'll sometimes watch. But how much crabbing can you really watch without getting bored? Oh look. They put that cage thing on that dumper thing, what are they going to do now? Will they dump it? Will they? Ohhhh the tension and anticipation. YES, THEY ONCE AGAIN DUMPED IT!!!!
Same goes for Gold Rush. It's Clean up time. Parker finds a lot of gold. The other guy who is no longer the inept idiot Todd Hoffman, finds very little. And Tony finds, somewhere in between. Well except for the main part of his huge operations you never see on the show.
I never watch Real losers going nowhere of _________ Fill in the city here. or any of that nonsense.
My wife won't let me watch any of those house shows any more because I point out all the shoddy construction errors.

My dirty little secret is I watch all the Housewives shows. My other favorite is Love it or List it. And anything Gordon Ramsey does.
