Realistically, what should we plan?

We are trying to decide if we want to do 5, 6, or 7 days. We (DH and I) will be traveling with 2yo twins. Family who live in Fla may or may not join us at the parks.
We are flying in on a Thursday and spending until Sunday with relatives in other parts of the state. Beginning Sunday, we will go to WDW. For those of you who have toddlers, how many days should we realistically plan for before our kids are sick of the place. (Keep in mind the 3 extra days before WDW.)

Last year we went and spent 1 week at Disney (off site in a townhouse). We had tickets for 5 days. We only used 4 days, doing 1 park a day. The kids loved it but were worn out. We only spent 1/2 the day in each park. (We went in January so the crowds were not bad) Our kids were 2 and 4.
