I love it when they get to the end of a 1/2 mile long ramp and THEN decide to look for a place to merge..

While I try to be conscious of clueless drivers and be proactive, I will generally move over as early as I can. But there is a slight sense of satisfaction when I'm blocked and can't slow down enough without causing a major pileup and I look at the drivers face and he sees 60 ft of 13 ft tall rig in the lane he thinks he wants. "I'm bigger" usually wins when the oblivious driver figures out their Prius won't put up much of a fight.

I will get over IF I can without having to lose my momentum, more often than not I cant. Quite a few times when I have moved over I have some dipstick overtake me and try to pass me on the right while I am trying to get back over, which sticks me in the middle lane where I dont belong.
