Real Sweet Tea anywhere?

I know when we visited DW for our honeymoon 7 years ago REAL sweet tea could not be found anywhere (with the sugar brewed with it). People would bring us unsweet tea with sugar packets. Can sweet tea be found anywhere 7yrs later? We got so tired of coke at dinner last time!

I have never seen sweet tea at WDW. Sorry.

Somebody can correct me (these are both "used to's") but once upon a time Liberty Tree Tavern and the Columbia Harbor House used to have real brewed sweet tea, and perhaps still do. I remember our server at LTT said that sweet tea was their most popular drink.

I believe Columbia Harbour House at MK has it. Also, someone posted on the CBR Q&A Page that Old Port Royale has it there.

Someone else asked this same question a few months ago and there are a couple of other places that have sweet tea on WDW property. They're few and far between, though. (Perhaps doing a search would pull it up)

I would like to know some more places that have it, too. I'm a southern transplant and anytime I can get sweet tea, I'm a happy mama!

I feel your pain! I'm a BIG sweet tea drinker, and when we were there in March, the only time I had sweet tea was when we went off property to Kobe for dinner. Other than that, I do know the McD's on property should have it.

I'm with you about needing sweet tea when we go to Disney. I can only drink so much coke. I have thought about bring my our simple syrup to sweet their tea. Before your leave home make a simple syrup. 1 part water to 2 parts sugar broil until sugar is dissolved. Test the amount before adding a lot. Simple syrup is very sweet. A little goes a long way.

WPE had it and my niece was able to get sweet Nestea from a few CS places.

I can confirm from last month, in the MK, Columbia Harbor House has sweet tea. Trails End at FW also has sweet tea. Sorry MickeyNikki, the sweet Nestea is nothing like real sweet tea. I am lucky that I am DVC, so I usually make a run to the grocery store and pick up a jug of sweet tea to keep in the room.
