HI! I was in the chat room for a few minutes on Thursday. I noticed everyone was calling each other by their first name. I mostly know everyone by their board name. I would like to know some first names if it is ok. My Board name is my name. I know some first names and the board names but I would like to know more. I would appreciate if some of you post your first names so when I go to the Thursday chat I can properly greet everyone. Thanks!!

and I seriously mean that. I have been doing chat for a while and still have trouble remembering the real names or putting the name with the dis name. I like using the dis name a lot because that is how I see them on posts but I guess i can tell you that duckfan sometimes goes by Joy when she has to.

Everyone finds me real confusing.
When the Dis switched boards, I was unable to sign in chat. I had to re-establish myself under a different name and passwod. I'm now PinAddict in chat. But I don't chat often. Especially now that I type with one hand!

I think I am one of the few people that are called by their screen name instead of their real name even when I am met in person. I even get people calling me at home asking for Figgy but I am used to it by now. I have been called Figgy by everyone (even at work) for over 2 years now.

As a matter of fact just a funny aside. Last year at WDW Britt and I were shopping at World of Disney (or some other store not sure) with a bunch of my Disney Pal friends. And evidently Britt kept calling me from the other side of the room trying to get my attention. I was just not even hearing him. So he finally says Figgy and my head pops and up.. After that he just gave up and started calling me Figgy except when he is upset with me then my real name comes out big time..

So long short I am Figgy to all my friends and loved ones...
