Hi Princess!

I've been meaning to post a few pics of something that you might get a kick of out of seeing.

A couple months ago one of our newspapers included an insert on travel to Australia. In the center was a full color map of Australia. We temporarily put this insert down on the ottoman by our kitchen window where our 17 year-old Maine Coon cat suns herself and she "adopted" it so now when Moxie is sunning on Australia we lovingly say that Moxie is vacationing in Australia!

Kathy - You have a Maine Coon? She's gorgeous! Pictures of her sunning herself and holidaying in Australia are divine. You'll have to bring her DownUnder.

Glad you enjoyed our Moxie, Princess and thanks for the compliments! We adopted her (along with her calico buddy who passed on from a stroke a couple years ago) about 10 years ago from a friend of DH.

We'd never had a Maine Coon before but she is the most lovable, tolerant and biggest cat of all cats we have ever had. She puts up with shots, procedures, hair shaving, everything without a whimper and follows commands like a dog!

But sad to say, she absolutely hates to travel

I figure we are close enough to being settled with dates to start some planning for meets and the like.

Should we try to catch up for drinks or lunch somewhere? I'd like to try to organise a general DisMeet - open invitation - and see if there are any other Dis-sers that might want to come along. Someone organised a similar one in 2010 at Hurricane Hanna's at SAB. We brought some nibbles and had a great time just chatting with each other.

Is the MNSSHP for halloween? Other than that the schedule looks good to me. We are pretty easy going. We will be checking in on the 2nd and then moving over to Disney Property the 3rd. A cake is a great idea. How about at least birthday card?
