~ Real Housewives Of NewYorkCity ~

Kelly is an absolute idiot! Or she's on the verge of one huge breakdown. Or she's on some medication/drug that is not mixing well with the drinks? Whatever it is, she's just one huge trainwreck.

Kelly made it pretty clear that she doesn't drink, and in the last few episodes passes up drinks several times. After the psycho ;) incident, they are shown toasting with a glass of white wine and you can see that she puts it down without drinking....sooo...I guess it would be something else??!!

If I watch anymore, Kelly is gonna make me break my tv. I can't do it with her......OMG!

What in the world happened to that girl !!! She went to the dark side for sure. I actually feel sorry for her.:sad1:

All of you ZIP IT. lol

Kelly really needs help. I read the blogs, I would love to see what really went down and what they didn't show us.

I look forward to next weeks show. I feel bad for Alex.

Wow, I had such a different take on this episode as everyone else!:lmao:

To me, Kelly was pretty much being bullied for the whole trip. She called Bethanny a "hoe-bag" after they pretty much laughed at her because she didn't want to have a one night stand. She probably got frustrated and it just came out. Sure, she said silly stuff right back to them, but they took ganging up on her to another level. Gosh, I felt so bad for Kelly. And I don't really like any of them!:rotfl:

I think Bethanny is an "adult" mean girl. She needs to learn the difference between being sarcastic and just being mean spirited. And she uses people just like she accuses Jill of. Alex anyone? She wants the fame as bad as the rest of them.

I think Alex is pathetic and would eat the crumbs of anyone she thinks is popular and pays her the least bit of attention. And Kelly was right, she was channeling Bethanny the night she confronted Jill and she looked like an idiot.

Sonja enjoys watching people fall apart and then tries to play "savior."

Ramona is and will always be the resident nutjob.

If you've ever been the one that the rest of the group chooses to pick on, you'd reach a breaking point and flip out too. Seriously. And when you finally let it all out, it comes out in jumbles and doesn't make sense because you are so upset! And then they kept calling her psycho, crazy, talking about her like she wasn't there, honestly, I wouldn't be able to explain myself or make sense either if that was happening to me.

It was sad to watch grown women acting like that. Reminds me of why I don't really enjoy hanging around groups of women. I was embarrassed to be female when my boyfriend kept asking me if girls really act like that!! (yes, he watched it with me!)

Sorry, but that show last night really, really upset me. It wasn't funny, it was like watching a bunch of hens keep picking at one hen.

The show used to be fun, but now it's just mean and sad.

Even if that was the case, why would Kelly subject herself to it. She knows she doesn't like anyone there, and they don't like her. You either have to be extremely pathetic (nothing can happen without me!!) or, to put it mildly, a little off to voluntarily get on a secluded yacht with people you have nightmares about and don't like.

Kelly accused Bethenny of trying to kill her more than once. I think Kelly crossed the line saying something like that. Who would say that on tv?

Kelly cried when she opened the bag that Bethenny left at her door and said she was so mean for doing that.

I think they tried to change the subject many times to try to calm Kelly down. They were all on edge wondering what would be said next.

Well, I'm sure the producers had a hand in it. They obviously set this trip up, and probably convinced her to go. And I'm betting she didn't think it would get to this.

And honestly, every other episode they act like they like each other and then talk behind their backs. Why would this be any different? Half the time they all hate one another. Ramona/Alex, Alex/Bethanny, Bethanny/Ramona are such great friends now? That's the biggest joke of all.:rotfl:

See, I think she was talking about her dreams where Bethanny tried to kill her (like she said earlier in the episode), not that Bethanny actually tried to kill her. But like I said, when you are that upset, words just come out, not whole thoughts. Really!:)

And the crying about the bag was probably just a reaction to being there and feeling ganged up on. If Bethanny hates her so much, why be fake and give her a gift. That's what I mean, they're all phony!! And it's laughable to accuse one of something when they all do the same exact thing.
And please, that was a slick way of marketing her Skinny Girl brand, the girl is shrewd! They all are. :rotfl:

I can't believe I'm seriously talking about this. I'm so ashamed.

I think Kelly can't deal with the fact that she's not as fabulous in reality as she is in her own mind. Remember her explanation for doing Playboy? "I think a lot of people wonder what I look like naked." She's referenced her great sense of style, how people want to be around her.

The reality that she can't keep up with anyone with a brain or a quick wit, coupled with the fact that she's not the most popular person in the room, is too much for her to deal with. So now she's playing the victim. She's an instigator and it's finally come back to bite her.

Eh, they all have an inflated sense of self worth or they wouldn't be on a reality tv show in the first place. Bethenny will be on her third soon.

I HATE the way Kelly tells everyone to "be quiet" or "ssshhhh". But I am another one who thinks Sonja was right. Kelly was having some sort of mental break and they were in the middle of nowhere, who knows where a hospital was and Sonja needed everyone to diffuse the situation for all of their sakes.
I'm still gonna say I'm an Alex fan after HATING her the first year. She is pretty much the only one who doesn't join in on the screaming matches. She just sits there and listens.
Ramona drunk, well, I don't think it's that much different than Ramona sober! She is always....UP. You know?
Luann can't carry a tune in a bucket. Jill...I'm so over her and her ego. I am very interested to see how things turn out when she shows up on vacation. At least Kelly will have some back up. LOL
I didn't even think about what a PP said, but she is right...if her childrens father wants custody, all he had to do is show the judge that episode.

Kelly the victim of mean girls? I don't think so. She was the one that started it all with the cook/chef, calling names, telling someone they shouldn't be there after their dad died. I only saw them coming back on to Kelly after Kelly went off. Something was definitely off with Kelly, walking into the window on the yacht, saying she's leaving them back in 2 minutes with lollipops as if nothing happened, telling them Bethenny tried to kill her (after she told Jill it was in her dreams, she sat at the table telling the girls Bethenny tried to kill her and they asked her when). Even Luann and Jill are saying in their blogs that Kelly had a mini breakdown. Kelly has never made sense since the "you're here and I'm up here" episode.
People on those boards are discussing different drugs which I won't mention because it's all heresay because one drug smells like cat urine (which Sonya kept saying on the yacht). I have no clue about drugs.

I personally think the junk is hitting the fans between Bethenny/Jill/Kelly because Jill and Kelly are jealous that Bethenny is breaking away with her own projects.

It was said on the blogs that there was a lot that we hadn't seen and if we did we'd be terrified. Kelly did have some sort of breakdown. She also had one when she was charged with battery on her boyfriend at the time. He was gagged about what happened. Kelly is "off". I truly don't think it's a case of them picking on her. But we all see it as we see it.

This!

This past weeks episode was funny in some ways and so sad in many others.

I think Kelly feels that anyone who doesn't feel/act/do the way she does about something is wrong......such as calling Bethany "Creepy" for going on a vacation after her father just died. REALLY? How is that creepy? Different strokes for different folks.

What I wonder about is, what do these women tell their children about their behavior and how they are played out on the show. Every single one of them has been a mean girl at some point, has done something they shouldn't be proud of on tv. Even if their kids don't watch, their childrens' friends watch and can report back to the kids. If it were my mom, I'd be mortified! And being a parent, I would not do that to my kids when it could be prevented.

Kelly is definitely on something. She wigs out...disappears to her room...comes back calm, usually eating some very sugary candy. Not normal.

“Watch What Happens: Live” Continues to Dominate the Late Night Competition by Double Digits

Bravo’s “Talk Bubble” Records Best Night Ever In All Key Metrics

NEW YORK – May 21, 2010 – Bravo took Thursday night by storm, shattering records both on-air and online with episodes of “The Real Housewives of New York City” and “Watch What Happens: Live” and the latest installment of the “Talk Bubble.”

Last night’s episode of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York City” scored its highest rated episode ever to-date with 1.63 adults 18-49 and 2.32 total viewers tuning in. The series is basking in double-digit growth versus the season two average among total viewers and is on pace to record its highest season ever among all key demos.

Additionally, last night’s episode of “Watch What Happens: Live” delivered an impressive 1.33 million total viewers, making it the second highest episode of the series in all key demos. ”Watch What Happens: Live” once again, surged past TBS’s “Lopez Tonight” and E!’s “Chelsea’s Lately” by double digits in all key demos. For clips from last night’s episode, which featured a sit down interview with Sarah Jessica Parker, go to: http://www.bravotv.com/watch-what-happens-live/videos/more-time-with-sarah-jessica-parker

Last night’s “Talk Bubble” also scored record highs. The live, multiplatform social media event earned significant week-over-week gains among all key metrics during last night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of New York City.” The ‘Talk Bubble” registered a 62 percent increase in page views and a 49 percent increase in uniques versus the prior week’s event. Additionally, the “Real Housewives of New York City” show site saw significant gains due to the ‘Talk Bubble,” recording an impressive 1.5 million page views for the day.

I see it as Kelly being extremely jealous of Bethenny.

I disagree - to me it seems those two are just oil & vinegar (for my 2cents, Kelly is the oil, Bethenny the vinegar). Kelly has just had enough of that girl, and is not dealing with it in a politically correct manner. At this point we see she (Kelly) could really use some good counseling at the least and a great support group. Bethanny is totally self-absorbed and does need to get a grip also, but Kelly went off the deep end this episode.
