You know, I thought they sais "Perricone" and wondered if it was skin care Perricone.

I wonder about that. How odd. :confused3

I'm not a fan of ANY of these women...I don't watch the show on a regular basis but do use it for background noise sometimes. I do find it interesting that "dummy" Teresa is college educated (maybe the only one who is) and, of all the women, is the only one who has developed herself into a significant enterprise.

I think (hope) everyone realizes that "reality tv" isn't real.

He's know for anti-aging...skin care / skin care diets.

I wonder if Caroline is seeing him for herself (the whole menopause thing) and he is providing additional "diet" services to Lauren gratis for exposure on the show?

Taht's the only way it make sense for her to be seeing him (vs. any other reputable doctor in the area)

Thanks for posting this. What is interesting about the article is that they are "going to go back to Franklin Lakes". I live very near there and Montville and Franklin Lakes are at the most 15 mins away from one another.

I get wanting to live in a different town than your sibling but really? Don't make it seem like the 2 towns are in very different parts of the state.

Lara

Maybe they want to live closer to Caroline?

Theresa is off the rails insane. The rest are just trashy.

Anyone know what the deal is with Dina? She's friends with Theresa but doesn't talk to Caroline and Jaqueline?

Did anyone catch last night what Teresa said to Joe when they were talking at the pool? She said that when she first married Juicy Joe, that she still put then-single Joe (her brother) FIRST before her husband. :scared1: It sounded like she was expecting Joe to do the same for her and put her first before his own wife. Since that isn't happening, Teresa is upset at Joe for not being a good brother. Of course, she's mad at Melissa too for 'corrupting' her brother. Imagine that!?! How dare Joe put his wife first!?!

If that's really and truly where Teresa is coming from, this sure seems like the root of their problems. None of this has anything to do with what was written in that cookbook, who copied who, who's a better aunt than who, who bought what present for which kid, etc, etc, etc. Those are all just symptoms of the real problem.

ETA: That would explain too why Juicy Joe hates Joe so much. I'd be pretty resentful too if my spouse put their relationship with a sibling ahead of our marriage.

These people really do need counseling.

Yep, I caught that little did bit of info too. She seriously needs help, if she thinks that a person should put a sibling above a spouse. Teresa has some issues.

I caught that too. That's why I think that she has a sick obsession with her brother!! Also last week when Melissa and Teresa were arguing, Melissa said something about how handsome Joe is and Teresa said "oh I know! He's AMAZING!!". Ummmmm.....obsessed!

I wrote about this a few pages back. This ISN'T the first time she said that. She said that last season at the dinner she and Joe Gorga had by themselves shortly after the Christening fight. I remember because that was the first episode my DH watched and we talked about that extensively  So, I really do believe her when she states she put her brother first. Regardless of Teresa's flaws I can see she wants to please people - (at least her family and the men in her life). There's no way I would have EVER gone to Katherine's house - especially nearly being ignored like she was. Her family doesn’t even act like they like her - let alone love her. There comments are beyond criticism. It's getting hard to watch. It's one thing if it’s some random friend talking trash - its family.

.

Of course not, their issues have obviously been around for a long long time.

As far as Teresa, yes, I think she's nuts but Melissa is an evil, manipulating, troublemaking b$$ch! She needs to take that fake little miss goody innocent act elsewhere. She is no better than Teresa.

Teresa is in crisis. Her whole support system has crumbled around her, she is being called everything under the sun by family members and friends, she is struggling to keep up an image which the show has defined for her, her marriage is wavering, she is trying to raise 4 girls (God help her), and she is trying to scratch out a living since her husband’s problems put a huge damper on their lifestyle. We as viewers have no idea about what really goes on behind those front doors, but nonetheless I still feel that Teresa has a good heart. Have you seen her on Celebrity Apprentice? She impressed me with her very noticeable hard work ethic and her willingness to try to get along with others…..even in those pressure cooker board rooms. That show showed (IMO) that Teresa is truly a survivor. I don’t think she is bad or Looney…. I think she is someone that is trying to find her way back to her family and to her values after having the world of infamy define what she is or is not. JMHO!

ETA: BTW, IMO Melissa is a stuff starter. Last night the Teresa asked for a certain drink - and was told that that drink wasn't being made. What did Melissa do? She had to announce that she wasn't high maintenance - suggesting (true or not) that Teresa was. Again. I wouldn't go to any more 'family' function if I was Teresa. Those people are poison.

The only thing that ever came out of Rich's mouth that ever made sense was when he told his kids NOT to invite their friends cause there'd be a big blow up between T & J!

Just shows how the producers set the shows up to cause maximum drama!

I have a totally different view of Theresa. I think she went to Kathy's house because she'll take any opportunity to be on camera. I think the only person Theresa puts first is Theresa.

I watched her on the Apprentice and felt she came across as vapid. She was sent on tasks that made it look like she was doing something because she was totally out-gunned intellectually.

She made her own bed and now she has to deal with it.

All of this! :thumbsup2

I agree. And I also don't believe she put her brother before her husband when they got married. Remember this is the same chick that told Joe he shouldn't tell his wife what she says and pretends she doesn't tell her husband everything that he says. She's delusional.

Did anyone notice that there is no way that is Kathy's backyard?

aside from the fact that it looks way too big for the house front they show, in some scenes you can see a pepsi machine and the background and a separate bathroom? it looks more like one of those pool clubs they have in most towns in North NJ.
