Even though I'm not a fan of Teresa at all, when I saw last week's episode, it was evident to me that Teresa was not part of this. It was all Kim and the Bravo producers. Teresa is not smart enough or a good enough actress to play off the surprise like she did.
However, after last night's episode, I'm not sure. I do think she knew something was going to go down, but maybe not the specifics.

It seemed that she had turned over a new leaf with Melissa and I really don't think she'd try to jeopardize that. Again, I hate to defend her in any way, but that's what my gut says.
Melissa. She was cool as a cucumber when Teresa confronted her in the bathroom. She didn't strike me as someone who had ANYTHING to hide. I completely believe she kind of recognized Angelo, but didn't know from where.
I don't think it's a big deal if Melissa was a stripper, but I don't think she was. She would have had people coming out of the woodwork after Season 1 saying that they worked with her -- or former "customers". And if it was something she did and/or was something she was trying to hide, she wouldn't have gone on a national television show to get outed. It took this sleazeball (a/k/a Kim's coke dealer) to say she was a dancer? What a crock. I'm not buying it.
I don't think Teresa set Melissa up -- I think it was the producers with the help of Kim.
With that said, Teresa is a real piece of work trying to turn that on to Jacqueline saying that maybe SHE was trying to set Teresa up?

She is a complete moron.
Also, is it just me, or does it bother anyone else that when we were watching last year's reunion, not only were they filming the next season already (not that that's surprising), but they had already
finished up the entire next season? How can things not be fabricated and contrived? Makes me want to just give the whole thing up -- it's getting beyond ridiculous.
