Yes. Up until this season she pronouced it one way but seems to have decided to pronounce it differently. She even flubbed it in a driving scene in this week's episode. I don't know why. Andy Cohen asked her about it but I don't know if I forgot the reason or if she didn't really answer the question.

She addressed it in her first book. (No I didn't buy it- I flipped through it while killing time in Target.) She said she was tired of her Italian last name being pronouncedd with an American pronunciation, and from now on she was going to insist it be pronounced "Judy-Chay." That is when Andy started trying to pronounce it that way on WWHL, and she tried to help him pronounce it. Since then, they seem to go back and forth. I thought she might have given up, because she was tired of correcting people when she remembered to.

But she says it both says. After 40 years I am tired of people saying my name wrong but I have never once pronounced it any differently.

My husband and his family (and relatives) are from Helsinki, Finland. They "Americanized" the pronounciation of their last name (years ago when first arriving) after many in America could not say it like they (you should) do in Finland. They have never ever had any issues with Americans not saying it like they should. Afterall this is America … not Finland, NOT ITALY.

If the Troll and Tre have this problem with people saying it wrong then go live in Italy where I am sure it will be said the way they want it said.

Sheesh.

The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice will have to stand trial for fraudulently obtaining a phony driver’s license, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a court hearing Monday, Joe Giudice rejected a plea deal after he was accused of using his brother’s identification to get a new license while his own was suspended due to a DUI.

The state’s plea offer of five years in state prison was turned down by Giudice’s attorney, Miles Feinstein during the brief hearing in Superior Court in Paterson, NJ.

A judge then set a date of October 1 for Giudice to return to court to set the trial date.

According to the authorities, Giudice, 42, used marriage and birth certificates that belong to his brother Pietro to obtain the fake license.

His own license was suspended for Driving While Intoxicated after he flipped his pick-up truck while driving in Montville in January 2010.

The investigation began when Pietro, 39, was pulled over by Lincoln Park Police. When his license was checked by computer the search provided apicture of Joe instead. Joe was charged on one count of second-degree wrongful identity and one count of fourth-degree impersonation.

In New Jersey, the law states that getting a driver’s license by fraudulent means is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Giudice is seeking probation based on the fact he has no prior criminal convictions.

And the problems seem to keep on mounting for Joe. As Radaronline.com previously reported, his RHONJ co-star Caroline Manzo predicted that he and his beloved are headed for divorce!

“Teresa wants it all, and I think that the demands she put on him led him to make decisions that weren't the best. And I think he resents her for it, and he's going to pay the ultimate price for it,” Caroline revealed during a recent episode.

“Prediction: Something may happen where someone has to go somewhere. Teresa's going to have to pull herself up on her bootstraps and take over. She'll say, 'You know what, I tried. I stood by him, but I have to divorce him now. And I'm gonna show my daughters what it's like to be strong and independent on your own and survive.'”

Joe Guidice grosses me out. There is NOTHING attractive about that man and yet he thinks he is awesome. They are a pretty nasty looking couple. They keep showing clips of Theresa talking about things that happened and she is in this weird black dress with a high collar in the back or something. Her hair is all slicked back on the sides I believe and sticks up on top...she looks like Elvira or something!! It is NOT a good look!!

I was at a Food and Wine Festival in AC this weekend and I was kind of hoping either BLK or the Brownstone's sauce would have been there. No such luck.

Okay, so who watched last night? I really have no words to describe Joe Gorga. He is such a pig. Joe Guidice, too. They are just disgusting. I keep asking myself why I watch this show. I really don't have a good answer. I guess I just can't look away -- like a train wreck.
