Brandi is 42 I think. She looked so foolish drooling over and kissing that young man. He looked like a little boy out with his mother.

Kyles desert house was amazing. I am still unclear as to what happened with the house left by the mother, but from what I gather, after the mom died, she left the house to the three daughters. It seemed like Kyle and Kathy wanted to keep it and maybe Kim did not have the money to keep up with the mortgage and maintenance of the house. I don't know why they didn't sell the house and split the money three ways, but it sounds like Kyle and Kathy bought Kim out. Kim seems very bitter about it, but it seems like she was not financially stable at the time maybe?

Then, from what I gather, Kyle and Kathy eventually sold the house and Kyle used that money to buy her current desert house. Kim is angry because she feels "screwed" out of the house. It comes up every season, as a pp pointed out. I think it really upsets Kim.

Yolanda, as always, was awesome in every way.

Maybe Kyle did buy them both out, I don't know. I just know the house was sold and Kim is mad about it.

If Kyle legally bought out Kim and Kathy, then the house was hers to do with as she pleased. It sounds like the kind of situation where a person says they are fine with it, but they really aren't. Nobody could force Kim to sell her share of the house, she did it because either she couldn't afford the house, or she didn't want the house. Either way, it seems like she willingly sold her share of the house to Kyle.

You are right, Kim definitely isn't happy about it although it doesn't appear Kyle did anything wrong from what has been said. She comes across to me as jealous of what Kyle has.

Yeah, I thought she seemed jealous of Kyle too. Kyle seems remarkably normal given her upbringing. Kim seems to be the typical child actor turned addict. I hope the can fix their relationship, but they always seem to fix things, then have a big falling out.

So nice of Brandi to let all of the other women enjoy their dinner together without her. I'm sure it was a nice peaceful meal. I sometimes wonder if she does stuff to cause more talk about her to keep her on the show and her name out there. That bit with her on the date and what she said was quite surprising. Kyles Palm Springs house was gorgeous. It seems like the issues between Kyle and Kim all stem from the fact that the mothers house was sold. It comes up every season and you don't really know the entire story. I bet Kathy is glad that she isn't involved with the show. We've seen Adrienne on the show a few times this season makes me wonder if she is trying to get back on for next season.

It looked like a really nice dinner next to the canal, they seemed to be having a great time & there was no fighting!

I think Adrienne does want to come back now that the mess with Paul is done. I don't think she wanted that business out for people to see which makes total sense.

I couldn't believe what Brandi wore out on the date with the 23 year old. She has a great figure, but it was a bit too much (or too little). Her comment about preferring to be out with a hot 23 year old (or whatever she said) than menopausal women was obnoxious. I think she thinks she is in her 20s.

I also thought the desert house was gorgeous. Mauricio is clearly doing very well!

It seemed like he was going to stand her up, I kind of hoped he would, I know that's bad. The whole date seemed awkward. I hate that she tries to act like she's super young calling the others menopause mamas, I googled her age she's 42. So she's 19 yrs older than him.

I think that when Kyle bought our her sister on the family home that Kathy didn't mind & had plenty of money so it didn't matter much, but I have a feeling it was probably a low time in Kim's life & she really needed the money. Now Kim regrets what she did & is mad at Kyle for it even though it's not kyles fault. Then Kim wants to act like she didn't know the house was for sale, but then said she did ask for her daughter to be on the listing as the agent with kyles older daughter. Therefore she knew, duh!

from what I remember reading when the whole thing about the house came up (in the limo a couple of seasons ago) was that kim was under the impression that mama was leaving the house just to her but when mama died it had been left equally to mama's 3 daughters. at the time both kim and kathy owned homes in palm springs, kyle did not and kyle ended up buying out both kathy and kim's interests in mama's home. down the line kim wanted her share back and gave kyle a check for it which kyle never cashed supposedly b/c she and mauricio knew kim didn't have the financial means to cover it (I think this is why kim continues to say she didn't sell her share but 'borrowed' against it). I'm guessing the issue came up other times b/c it sounded the other night like kyle was saying to kim that kim couldn't qualify for a mortgage at some point and that's why she didn't still have any ownership in the home.

as for kim knowing the house was going to be sold-if she asked if her daughter could co-list with one of kyle's daughters then she had to have known what was happening before the formal listing.

According to the book (I have no idea how true this is), the mother moved to Palm Springs basically to find a rich retiree to marry.
She ended up marrying a guy who was well off. The house was in her name (it was here's before they got married). He put huge amounts of money into the house but when she died she left it to the daughters. He was allowed to live there with the stipulation that he couldn't date or have female company. He ended up dying poor in a trailer park.

The season finale was really crazy. It was so broken up with them trying to get a lot in a little amount of time. What was up with Lisa R. All she had to do was own up to the fact that she misunderstood what Brandi said and it would have put all of that drama to rest. Camille kissing with the prince that she just met was bizarre. Mauricios moms plastic surgery held up really well Paul did a good job. Don't get what Adriennes party was about. Was it a launch of a new product that she is involved with? Brandi is just ridiculous. Don't even undestand why she was at the party unless she signed up to be there for the show. I really like Eileen and Lisa R and hope they will be signed to do the next season. We could definately do without Kim and Brandi they are both train wrecks. The only problem is if they are off the show where does the drama come from?

I felt like the season finale was a weird way to end. I didn't get why Lisa rinna didn't just tell Kim when Kim 1st asked. I don't get the point of Adriennes party unless it was just simply a party that she performed magic?? I loved that Kathy Hilton said something like "you do magic now?" after the magic show. Lol. I'm very interested in seeing the 3 part after show...

Just watched last night. More of the same. Kim and Kyle fighting, Kyle and Brandi fighting, blah, blah. Except Camille and the Prince. Holy awko taco, Batman!! That made me gag. WTH is the matter with her? Blech.

I agree that the whole Camille thing was cringe worthy.

I have to say that I love Eileen! She and Lisa R. are my faves now! And the women hanging on younger men just makes them look desperate for attention and trying to hold on to their youth.

Didn't even realize it was the finale until the "updates" came on at the end. That's how boring of a finale it was! LOL. These girls just re-hash the same stuff episode after episode. I'm also not sure what Rinna's point was about not wanting to tell Kim what was said about the intervention thing. It's ironic though that when they showed the clip, it was in fact NOT Brandi who said that. Neither of them really said that. Rinna said to Brandi something like "it's not like we can have an intervention" and Brandi said something along the lines of she needs help or support. So Rinna & Brandi's conversation was actually not as bad as Kyle wanted it to be.

Vanderpump drives me nuts with her grudges. Yes the Brandi slap was way out of line but Brandi apologized quite a bit and she didn't do it maliciously. Vanderpump should know Brandi's personality by now. She also said something during one of her interviews "you can't just apologize and expect everything to go back to the way it was, thats not how it works" - well why not? What do you want? If someone wrongs me and they sincerely apologize, I can certainly drop it and move on. That's ludicrous. She has everything in this world, why would she want stupid drama like this hanging over her head?

Reunion should be interesting. I forgot about the incident with Kim's dog Kingsley biting Kyle's daughter, requiring surgery. I think Kim has since given Kingsley away and I wouldn't be surprised if she resents Kyle for that. I read somewhere that Brandi mentioned she was invited back for next season... oh joy. Hope they keep Eileen and Rinna around. Wouldn't be surprised if Yolanda doesn't return with all her health issues. I've read she's only on for part of the reunion because she didn't have the strength to film the whole thing.
