Yeah, we're all set, driving with the kids, leaving Jan 2th. 2 nights off site , yes we're going to the dark side and then we will be 7 nights at Pop. FP+ are all done, waiting to get the one for lunch at BOG and pre order our meal.
We will have our countdown calendar ready this weekend. Just have to figure out something to decorate our window. Can't wait !!!

Safe travels. Which route will you be taking and are you doing it straight?

We are driving straight true, we are crossing customs at 1000 islands and going with 81, 83, 695, 495, and then 95. We sometimes go with 66 instead of 695 and 495 (Baltimore and Wasington), depending on the time of day. This time we will be leaving around 10AM so traffic should not be an issue in the Baltimore, Washington area. Keeping our fingers crossed for good weather, we went a couple of times in Winter and it was always OK. Since we are staying off site 2 nights before going to the Pop Century, if we get delayed by weather I won't be as sad as if I was loosing Disney time...
