Good Evening All,

I am feeling a little bit better tonight. I went to bed at 9:00 and got up at 1:30 this afternoon but of course I was up and down all night. Hubby did a good job of taking care of us until about 3:00 when he started. Then Nicholas went on a sleep over and we got a call at 2:00 in the morning, he wasn't feeling well so they drove him home. Good thing we didn't have to go get him.

Everyone is slowing getting better. Keep your fingers cross that we are all well tomorrow and can eat something. We get our hot water tank changed tomorrow too. Poor guy doesn't know what he is walking into.

Lil'G'-- thanks for missing me. I am just glad it isn't next weekend when we will be away for Christmas.

Mommy P-- It is great to see you again. Glad to see the pictures of your boys are back too. Boy have they grown.

Pongo-- I should be cleaning but I have an excuse now. I really really should be baking cookies. But now I have to do a good cleaning of all surfaces before I do that.

Moo-- Your as funny as ever with your pics. But I am with who ever said they don't like shells in their eggnog.

Marita-- can't say I have ever had salt pork but I don't think I would try it today :lmao:

Glad to hear you're feeling better, Nab. Sounds like it was a pretty rough night.

DH and I are watching The Barnyard DVD tonight. Pretty cute so far.

PSA: Marky Mark has a great new installment up on his trip report!

HI Cheryl!! I loved your picture earlier! I posted it else where, but I gave you credit for finding it! :thumbsup2

What's going on?

Hi, Bonnie - Pretty slow day at home for me today. I woke up with a sinus headache and it took a while for that to go away. I've been DISin' between loads of laundry, dishes, etc.

DH picked up Pizza Hut, so no cooking for me tonight!

I got my suitcase out to start putting in a few things since I'm only 2 weeks away from my trip. Woo Hoo!!!

I'm keeping a close eye on the Orlando weather, including the 10-day forecast.

Hi everyone!

Watching "It's a Wonderful Life" here. It's the one Christmas movie I must see, and only live on TV. DVR, Tivo or tape just will not do, it Must be a live showing.

Got my semiannual free disney tickets today. Instead of plain white plastic cards emblazoned with NOT FOR SALE in red, it now has cute pics on the front. 1 set has 4 of the dwarfs going down Splash, and the caption underneath says:
"Where everybody is Happy, no matter what their name is".

The other one has a color Mickey Mouse signing an autograph book with a bunch of the ducks, Minnie, and Goofy surronding him in more muted colors.
The caption says:
"Where every one screams at the sight of a mouse."

Also finally got my tree up today, well, tree and lights and the star on top, still have to do the ornaments.

Glad you're getting to see your movie tonight, Marita.

Your tickets sound cute! Much better than the old style. Have you talked your family into "vacationing" at Disney?

No, not yet Moo, actually, haven't talked about it in a while.

Also, I saw an old post from Javamom today, and her ticker said 2 days, so I'm thinking she's not there yet.

Just read this in a trip report:

Two "Kids say the Darndest Things at the Worst Times" moments: LOL... We were in Beaches & Cream. We had just finished playing Air Hockey with one DD, age 5. Well, as the server comes up, Abby says " Mommy, you need to let Daddy put his puck in your hole!". Totally innocent.... totally at the wrong time!

ASO!

Haley - Is your son home from school yet? You must be looking forward to having him home.

He comes in Tuesday :thumbsup2
It is 8pm and I think I am going to bed. I better not be getting sick again!

Stay well, Haley! Enjoy having your son home.

I got an e-mail from my daughter last night asking if there was anything she could pick up for me while she's in Maine visiting her friend - too bad Horsey's not around to suggest something!!!

Sounds like they're making a visit to LL Bean. I told her an ornament or some kind of local food (dried cranberries :confused3). We'll have to see what she comes up with!

LOL, Marita, about your B&C story! Now I want some ice cream!!!!!

Thanks, Marita! Did you get to see your movie all the way through?

We're watching Finding Nemo on TV now - cartoon night for the Moos!!! The Barnyard had some funny parts, but it just didn't have that Disney "something extra".

Yes I did Moo, although DH came scolding me right near the end of it for putting a stopper in the sink the wrong way, and he had to get pliers to get it out.

I think I'll turn Nemo on now too, I tivoed it. Miracle on 34th st is on now, but I just saw that the other day. I'm also reading some dating story on the CB that goes way back, I can't ever just sit and watch tv....

Marita, my AP has Tink flying around the top of the castle and it says "Where the night is as bright as the day" Think This, only on a ticket:

I don't know what Andy's says. Oh wait, I found it:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the one where Mickey Donald and Goofy are in the tea cups and it says:"Where a cup of tea can bring us together, and apart, and together" And goofy looks like he is going to barf.

I also like the Haunted Mansion one.

Actually, I love the whole series

Moo, where are you staying. I forgot!

Can you believe I forgot to buy any of those mugs.
That and I forgot to get the YOAMD one too

Hi Pongo, good to see you!

The whole "Where.. " speak series is the new marketing campaign, that they told us was what guests really connected with. I think you'll see it on menus etc, too.

Moo is staying at Pop (sorry to be speaking for you Moo!)

No problem, Marita! I'm looking forward to staying at Pop - I have only stayed there one night before. It was shortly after it opened.

I flew to Florida with a friend from work whose mother lives near Tampa. Her mom gave her her old car after buying a new one and I helped her drive it home. We decided to spend the day at the Magic Kingdom before driving home and called the ressie number to find out where they had rooms available for one night. We were pretty tickled to be able to stay at the new hotel. It was very nostalgic seeing the displays from the various decades when we checked in. We had a blast for such a short visit.

Jenn - Would you like me to look for those mugs for you? Or will you be going back before the YOAMD is over?

Love the sayings!

Thanks Moo!!!
But hopefully if all goes as planned I will be back four times next year. So hopefully I won't forget. Again.

FUnny thing is, is that we found sooooo much stuff that we wanted, but we jept saying, "We'll get it next time" when we drive down. LOL. Now we probably aren't driving but flying instead.

But we do plan on calling and placing a couple orders over the course of the year. We have had really good experience with having stuff sent home.

I love love love Pop.
Really. THat is probably where we are going to stay every trip.
