I'm volunteering at DD's Field day today. I'm in charge of the Jump Rope competition. I have instructions. They are two pages, and confusing.

I loved Hoops poem. I am a lurker. I have read every page and every trip report you all have wrote. I was probably as sad when Mel got locked up three times. I followed her to very thread.I really enjoy your stories and pictures. But your poem made it sound like I was bad and shouldn't intrude. I am not as funny as you guys. But now you guys are talking in your own lanauge with short forms etc. I know you go and chat and that leaves me out. I did sign up for that other place but you came back here which made me happy but now I am toldly lost like M.Poppins and I have been here the whole time.

I know you are all close, remember I have read everything. I am not that great with a computer. I only posted one other thing and that was no Mel's trip report last night. I saw an arrow on the file and got scared she left again. Not only that I deleted my first try some how so how pathetic is that. That is why I usually just read the post. Plus you don't want to know how long it took me to type this. Sorry I am long winded too.

I picked up an excellent read on a whim the other day.

Was in the bookshore purchasing yet another in the series of Judy Bloom "Fudge" books - (my kids love them), when at the counter I discovered a book sitting there.

I hate it when they do that, because I'm a shameless impulse buyer!

Anyhoo, it's called: German Boy, A Child in War, by Walfgang W. E. Samual

It's all about his experiences in WW2 Germany in 1945. Very interesting read.

On a lighter note: Southerner's: I got my June edition of "Southern Living" in the mail yesterday I'm gonna sit out on my chase, sipping Mint Jewlips and read that mag cover to cover this afternoon, y'all

I don't get a lot of what they talk about in their shortened version of things (think it has something to do with the amount of spices they are into daily) but it's ok anyway. There is enough other daily dramedy that keeps it fun.
