Horsegirl-just maybe your DH thinks you accidently on purpose lost the squirrel in the Odyssey so it would chew up the wiring ..... but don't worry, no self respecting mammal would eat wire while their are perfectly good petrified fruit snacks and pop tarts laying around..... and no I didn't squirrelnap the baby, I knew what was in the bottom of the minivan by looking at my own (Granite Green, 2002, no leather, no DVD, and we even had to install the optional french fry decor on our own)

Did ya' add ketchup to the ff decor? My lil darlin added banana peels, banana pulp and part of a whoopie pie today. That should give young junior a couple more days....

I grew up with a station wagon that by the time it fell apart had multiple grape sodas spilled in they way back. That soaked down in the carpet. And mixed with the 4 quarts of brine from the dill pickles that broke in the back. Eeeeww. And on a hot summer day you could smell the dill-grape mixture....

so my children have never had grape soda and we ban ketchup from the minivan

however every time we move a carseat we find cheerios, trail mix, chex mix, raisins in addition to the french fries so lovingly scattered from wall to wall....
oh yeah, and money! All of my kids have the knack of finding coins (or charming them out of relatives)

Shh! Don't tell them (or the budget board!) that we are funding college with pennies and nickels found everytime we move a carseat....

Tink - Dierks Bentley is one singer my daughter and I can both agree on listening to. His and Nickel Creek's CDs is our riding together in the car music.
