OOOH! I'm almost at 1000 posts!

What happens then? Do I turn into a pumpkin?

NOOOOOO Tink! Then you turn into a "Cool Dis Veteran" like me!!!!!!!

Me, too, ST. I just ate a hot dog. Plain. Back to bed here, too.

Final week for my MBA class is upon me. I could really use a dose of pixie dust should anyone have some to spare. Major project due Tues night I am soooooo far away from getting it done

So, just now, I got a phone call.

I am a little said.

Because I listed BOTH of the cribs in the local credit union for sale flyer.

And someone has called about them.

Which means I'll shortly (hopefully) be buying my baby boy a real bed. That he'll probably fall out of.
This makes me VERY said, Amy. Puffer. I have Charlie Brown lips, even.

I remember when we bought Richard a big boy bed. At 10 months. Because I think he is part monkey.

When I put him down for his nap that day he would not sleep in that bed. Hated it.

He slept on the floor. Surrounded by his stuffed animals. with his blankie.

I need a tissue.

Thanks for bringing the funny, Kimmie. It was 4:14am, thank you. And. I was hungry. So I ate.

Hey Minnie! Set yourself on fire!!!!! pixiedust:

Tink ~ I know. Thing is, my boy doesn't really like his crib. He DOES like Sissy's big girl bad and Mommy and Daddy's even bigger bed. I think he thinks his mattress is too firm. Or something. So he will probably actually be happier in a big bed. (And so will my hips. No more sleeping on the floor next to his crib!!!) But I am said. Because they are both growing up too fast.

((I've never been thought of as "bringing the funny" before!)) I feel like I've arrived.

Kimmie brought a funny!!!! Mark your calendars!!

Tink. Whatever makes your tummy feel better, really really. Go for it. Burps notwithstanding.

Amy. That would make me so sad too. That's why Sydney is 3 1/2 and still sleeps in her cribconvertedintoalittlegirlbed. I can't let go yet. And I'd surely get pregnant with minutes of getting rid of the crib, our last tie to the baby stage.

Geez, Amy. What are you going to do when he gets (AAACK!) peach fuzz and OTHER hairs???

TIIIIIINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop it!!!

And.

Right back atcha.

What are you going to do with Richard asks a girl to the middle school dance.

Or starts to drive in just a FEW years.

Huh?

Now THAT is funny. Yesterday I told Pongo that water gave me gas.

I'm gassy. Deal with it.

AAACK!!!

Y'all are giving me bipolar disorder over here!

Snotty cry/snotty laugh. If snot were a commodity I would be rich right now.

I hope Dick's raise is big enough that I can quit my job and be a Lady who Lunches. And stay at the Poly.

The Yetza has not called in 2 days. Wanna know why?

Richard told her, "My mom said she thinks you like me." :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

All right Amy.

I'll give you the decaff waiver.
WHAT!!?? Once again, selective waivering being waved undery my very substantial nose. What's a person gotta do to get a stinkin' waiver 'round here? Take estrogen tablets? Wear a Sher Delight fanny pack in public? Sheesh.

Oh. My. Garsh. Do they serve that stuff in the seminary cafeteria? I mean, that's ungodly. Just sadin'.

That Richard, he's a smart (tho hairy...) boy!!!

Amy, every stage has its ups and downs. It is sad to see them grow (soooo fast!) but it is fun, exciting and rewarding, too!! TFI, mine are 14 and 12 and I STILL have the crib in the basement.

That is the same mix that my grandmother made me starting when I was 7 years old. Although I've adjusted it for maximum caffiene and deducting as many fat calories as possible while retaining that taste I remember so well.

Mornin' all!

In review:

Hey SNAP - good to see you fly by

Marita and Kimmie - very nice new avatars!

Shelby -
Lets see just how smart you really are!
Sadly, it does have some truth to it :lmao:

Mark - very nice monorail. Enjoy your day off!

Sher -
Oh, and it's been rumored you actually wear a Diet Pepsi fanny pack every day to work. Every day? A fanny pack!?
I heard this too....don't know where though... :confused3

Oh yes, this is where:
You heard it here first: sher loves wearing fanny packs. Pass the word.

Minnie - good luck with the project.....get off the DIS and get it done!! :thumbsup2

Tink - Hotdogs give me gas.......so you must be full of it today!! ;)

And this didn't give me gas.....just laughed so hard and ooops. Just sayin' :lmao:

It's Friday and I don't have really anything to do today.

Actually I have a lot to do, but it's those icky-poo jobs that sit for months and months that you never seem to get to.

It's raining out, so maybe I'll get to the home filing pile........ :crazy2:  :scared1:

Katie got her cast off yesterday and everything is back to normal. Her bone healed very well, so she'll start back skating after Labour Day.

I guess I'll catch up on my TR reading today too!

Have a great Friday!

In and out!
