Grammy - loved the pics, and my mind is now resting at ease that you are back in the country. I certainly wouldn't want my spice source to be permanently out of the country. That would be bad.

EVERYONE ELSE ~ I am veryveryveryvery close to being done with Audrey's dress. I only have to add the velcro in the back, and then take it in (because it's too big, of course). But the taking in will not be permanent, to allow for growth. Wesley's outfits are next.

Between the sewing and the planning and the TGM'ing, I am not around much. Plus, that job that I'm going after closed out on Friday, so I'm waiting to see what the next step will be. I expect interviews. Which means I need to get my hair cut and consider my wardrobe options.

I miss those who are away. Horsey. Mel. La2. and the others who are scarce. I'm glad that Lou and Donna are having such a good time though, and not making us miss them.

Lou ~ I lauged out loud, and even told the story to my hubby. He smiled. That is a big response from him. And I love the pics!

Look, here is the scoop. It takes 1 1/2 hours to travel between the house and the estate. I need a co pilot. I pull out of my driveway and dial Chris. I hang up when the battery dies or I pull into the estate.

Well, happy for a few more hours, anyway, until I get into cranky Sunday night mode. We're having a big party here next Saturday, so I'm planning. And looking for recipes/new ideas. Cause our cookouts go all day. So it's bbq in the daytime, then big-time Italian food "buffet" in the pm. For about 50-60 people. And I really haven't thought much about it until today. And it's next Saturday. We start the same time as Pongo's wedding!!! I'll be thinking of her as I open my first beer Oh, and BTW, you are all invited. So if you feel like driving (or flying) to Boston next weekend, let me know!

Anyway, I'm in for a meet chat. As long as it's not Friday night. As I'll be crazed, I'm sure. S-T, we are kidless, so we are not doing anything fun on Sat or Sun night. Actually, that's not true. We are doing very fun things. But not anything that would be fun for the kiddies
