Depends on what you call a long walk

You'd have to walk over the bridge then past all of the YC & BC or the BW and then over the bridge to get to the IG. It would be quite a hike but I know people do it. If I had to guess I'd say 20 minutes maybe longer.

There is a boat over near the International Gateway that will drop you off at the Swan/Dolphin though.
