Personally I bring my "Wonder" steamer. It takes water and a smidgen of salt. I pack the salt in a little tupperware container and all of it in a ziplock bag. It is so small and has no heating element in it and bought it from an infomercial from t.v. for $20 It is the best, you can steam wrinkles out while they are hanging on the hanger. What I suggest is get your husband's shirts done at the cleaners for $1.50 per shirt. Keep them in the cleaner plastic bag on the hanger and they should not be wrinkled when you unpack them. That is what we do. DH puts them in the hanging bag and every article that is in there is covered in plastic bag and none needed to be ironed. Also, roll your clothes in the suit case roll them like a sleeping bag and no wrinkles there either. Just some suggestions.
