Re-sizing Disigns in Photobucket

I read through the stickies but I don't see this anywhere and I can't figure it out....
How do you re-size a design in photobucket?? I have the image at 100% and it prints great but I know that will be too big for the little t-shirts for my 3 year old DD. I sort of remember using PB before and being able to reduce to 75%, etc but I don't see that anywhere. Do I need to import it somewhere else to be able to print it smaller?? maybe I am just missing something

The FAQ sticky has directions for printing In word and paint. You could resize it in either of those before printing.
