? re ownership process

dh and i have taken the financial plunge and applied for dvc ownership because the ssr deal is so outrageous [in a good way!].

we fed exed our paperwork to hdqtrs yesterday and are wondering how long it might be before we will hear from them re whether or not we will be the owners of .39% of unit 68a at ssr!

can anyone recall how long it took for them to hear from corp with a decision re their ownership?...i need to stop holding my breath!

Have to admit, I don't remember, LOL.

That said, it really shouldn't take very long after they receive the paperwork and your deposit money.

If it were me, since you used FedEx, I'd assume they got it the next day. If I didn't hear anything by the 3rd day after that, I'd call my guide or even MS. You could be in the system and able to make reservations before they even notify you, LOL!

It's been a few years (13), so I don't remember either. I believe it was pretty fast, though. I remember one of my friends in the finance department said they had called to confirm my income soon after we'd sent the papers - and she was so envious!

I got the approval letter in 4 days (sent on Monday, received letter on Friday). It was last year summer.

By the way, how many point is .39%?

Our guide said they usually run financing (if you are financing) within 48 hours of receiving your documents.

So hopefully by mid week next week you should hear something!

We knew coming out of the meeting that we were approved. We got home and sent the needed info in and it was about 2 weeks when we got final written approval. Not a long process but it does seem like forever. Congrats on your decision.

everyone has helped make it a bit easier to take little breaths - hope i can take the deep breath by middle of next week! i so can't wait to be able to say "i'm goin' home!"

and to sagwanamu - 180 pts is getting me the .39% of unit at ssr.

I just put down my deposit yesterday (Wed.), so I'll let you know. My guide said I should get the paperwork by Tuesday. I've already made my first reservation.
