All you wonderful Disers, please cut me some slack as I'm NOT a computer person at all. Today on Facebook I joined the 2025 DL Oogie Boogie Bash page. I did a post stating how I'll have multiple devices and asked what my odds were of getting Halloween Day tickets. One person said multiple devices are good, as long as they're on a different IP address. If true, to those who've used multiple devices, how did you make that work? My DH tried to explain it to me, but I said we'll just wait until it gets closer to ticket sale time.

I’ve never attempted to buy Oogie Boogie Bash tickets but one relatively easy solution to entering the queue on 3 devices with different IP addresses would be to use 1) a PC on your home network, 2) a tablet utilizing a VPN and 3) your cell phone using a cellular connection.

Cool ,thanks for the tip.

We have never had issues joining Disney queues from the same IP address with different devices. TBH: I don’t think that part matters.
The person who told me that said she tried multiple devices, but because it was the same IP address, she kept getting bounced back to the same time. Each device was the same. This was before she knew to make sure the IP addresses were different. Am I making sense? Because I'm not sure if I am. 😂 I'm leaning more towards it doesn't matter if the devices are the same IP. I've asked SO many questions about getting tickets, and this person is the first one to mention it? It doesn't make sense.

It doesn’t. In fact, people are able to share their place in line with other folks. It seems completely independent of IP address.
