Re: long lines with Alamo...

May sound silly, but wondering if the long lines everyone talks about is for check in only? We're actually renting out of West Palm Beach, and returning to MCO. Should I allow extra time in returning the car? I'm hoping that picking up at Palm Beach will be much less crowded than MCO.

We actually just got back from renting with Alamo and had a fabulous experiences. No long lines going or coming and both were on Sundays. It may not be so bad.

Long lines are check in only. REturn is handled in the garage and no lines there!

Lines were nonexistant at Alamo last week and return was instantaneous. Still it's a good idea to allow some extra time going to the airport. And the police were running a speed trap on the south airport access road on Monday.
