Good ones, that is.

I'm working to stay on track by paying attention to the healthy habits that got me to goal, like throwing away Happy's pizza crusts (rather than eating them), drinking at least one one-liter bottle of sparkling water a day, and keeping the house stocked up on healthy food choices.

Anyone else need to revisit old habits during the holiday season?

Have a magical day!

There are a couple of things I can do to keep myself on track and get to goal. First, I can remember that just because an item might be "sugar free" doesn't mean it's calorie free and second, I need to watch my portion sizes at meals, especially dinner. Sometimes I think because I don't count calories, fat, carbs and such that I can just have a free for all at meal time. I gotta remember that even though this has truly become a lifestyle change for me, I can't get lax. I want my 100 pound clippie!!! :earboy2:

Hi to all

I second Lisa - portion control - portion control - portion control. :cheer2: :cheer2:

That and exercise are the keys to success :jumping4: :Pinkbounc :jumping4:

Now if I could only remember that as I am grabbing that second helping or staying in bed instead of exercising!!! :teleport: :teleport:

Have a magical Disney Day!! :earboy2:

I agree it is difficult to get back into habits, but these are some that I really need to focus on some are like others have already mentioned:
-Getting up and moving instead of staying in bed a while longer
-Drinking more water and stop the sweet tea
-Portion control, I know that I will "feel" hungry for a while, but as my body adjusts so will the hunger pains

Thanks for the reminder that these are old habits that are goods ones to get back to.

I have been gone a while and started back yesterday. I lost all my weight doing LC and exercise. These past few months, I would start out my day eatingLC then find myslef saying "well I had a LC breakfast or lunch so now I can splugre on dinner" but I have an all or nothing personality, once I eat something bad, I feel the day is lost and eat everything in sight for the rest of the night thinking tomorrow I will start again.

SO............

I am LC ing all day long
got back on the treadmill
drinking all my water especially that very cruical 24 oz immediately after I eat wether I want it or not! IT MAKES ME FULL beyond belief........

good luck to you

renee back on track
