Re-enter park with 1 day ticket?

We are trying to plan a trip in May ( 22 -28) with left over hoppers from last year - we have 3 park days and 3 pluses left - we would like to go to each park one full day and then maybe 2 waterpark days so we will need to buy a 1 day pass - we know we can't park hop with the 1 day pass but if we leave the park and get our hand stamped can we re enter that same park later in the day? Just trying to plan this out to work out with what we have.

I believe you can upgrade your tickets to add a 4th day. (Not really sure).

Definitely check with guest services on an upgrade, maybe you'll save a little cash doing it this way.
