RE: ECV rental at the parks

We are staying off site, our daughter and her family are staying on site. Would they be able to rent/reserve an ECV at the park and we pick it up when we get there? We would arrive about 30 minutes after them. I am just concerned that there won't be any ECV's when we get to the park.

They would have to have it with them.

The person who signs the contract is supposed to be the rider, so I’m not sure how tht would work. Unless daughter got everything done but the signature, if Disney allowed that. They would likely have to wait at the rental place till you got there.
