This July, we will be spending one night at BCV and then switching over to OKW.

Will BCV send our luggage over to OKW, or do we need to figure out how to get it there ourselves? We're flying this time and weren't planning on renting a car.

I know this has been asked before, but the search function is down and I don't remember the answer.

Bellhop staff can take care of this for you. Just don't plan on having access to your luggage for several hours during that day.

Not a problem. Just call bell services when you are ready to have them come to your room, tell them the bags need to be transferred to OKW, they will tag them, and you can be on your way for the day. Then AFTER you check in and get to your new OKW room, call bell services again and they will deliver them to your room again. We used to make the mistake of taking our bags down to bell services and then picking them up from bell services rather than at the room. We did all the work and then gave them a good tip just the same. Stupid us!!! The only thing I hate about switching rooms is all your stuff is in storage for the day if you need something, but we do the switch-a-roo almost every trip, so it's not all that bad. Have fun planning, as this will be the least of your worries. ;)

Thanks! That is the answer I was hoping for. We are planning on spending most of that day swimming at SAB and then heading over to OKW. Not having access to our luggage shouldn't be an issue. I'll just make sure I keep a small duffle with us with any thing we might need for the day.

And just to let you know, I thought the Bell Services person I dealt with at BCV (Arnie?) was one of the nicest CMs I've met. He brought me my luggage when I transferred from ASSports to BCV in November.
