Looking to spend a week (APR 2009) at this property but must check-in on a TUES and stay til MON. Is this possible ?
Friend who owns time-share tells me only days for check-in are FRI, SAT, SUN.
Please advise. Thks

It depends on whom you rent from. Some people own specific weeks, and those are for Fri, Sat or Sun check-ins, others have lots of points and can rent by the night. We are renting starting on a Monday...and using www.vacationupgrades.com.

Until 90 days prior to check in you must book a stay with check in or out on Fri, Sat, or Sun, and stay 3, 4, or 7 days in Prime Season. Within 90 days, the booking rules are more flexible. The first half of April is Prime.

Bonnet Creek is entirely points no fixed weeks.

Hey, Brian, I have a question then...how come some people seem to know which building they are receiving (maybe even what floor) way before their trips, but I won't find out until I get there? I was assuming those owners "owned" a particular week in a particular building, I guess that's not true. I'm a little worried that I won't be able to get a villa near a pool, since we are checking in on Monday, and most people will have checked in over the weekend. Thanks!

Certain owners (gold/platinum VIPs) are able to reserve specific units at the time of booking. Other owners can only request locations, but not be guaranteed them.

All buildings are near a pool. Take a look at the resort map on the Wyndham website. Click on the links, like this:

"Explore Resorts" - "Search by Region"
"Florida" on the map
"Orlando" - "Wyndham Bonnet Creek"
"Resort Map" in the LEFT column

The hotel building and Torre del Sol are not open yet. Torre de la Luna is supposed to open this summer, along with the 3rd pool. Truly, it's a very short walk to a pool from any building. Enjoy your stay!
