We are going to WDW in March, the trip is a few days before my daughter will be sweet 16. I have been planning this since 09/04. I know her birthday is not exactly falling on any of the days we will be there. (we are coming home on 3/26 her BD is 3/27) I have been saving for a long time. We are not lucky enough to be able to go back again. I am a single parent, and this is a once in a lifetime trip, I told her that this is her birthday/Christmas present. Is she to old to get a birthday pin & would it be ok to do this as it's not exactly her BD. I want this to be the best trip ever, as it's our first real vacation. I have learned so much on these boards. Thanks to everyone! You all are the best!!!

Be sure and note the birthday on your room and dining reservations - nothing is guaranteed, but you may receive some birthday 'magic' - you never know - depends on the CMs.
The young guy at guest services brushed off the Prince and complimented my DD while getting her birthday button. On her birthday, she found a balloon, card and autographed photo of Cinderella in her room...(thank you ASM staff!) She got birthday cupcakes and muffins with many meals...her cousins took turns telling our hosts/hostesses about her birthday she acted embarrassed, but she really loved all the attention!
