If I have unused days on existing tickets, can I go to Guest Relations, get a credit for my unused days plus the DVC discount? I'm looking to purchase premium annual passes. Any help/advice would be appreciated!

Yes - you can apply the remaining value of one ticket towards the purchase of one AP or one PAP. You can still get the DVC discount on the AP/PAP (assuming you qualify for it, of course, LOL).

yes you can. but be aware that the refund will be what you paid. Not the current price of those days tickets.

some in most cases I would get keep your old tickets.

You need to do this at guest services at any of the theme parks.
