? re: $75 exchange fee

can someone please explain, when DVC starts a search for an Interval exchange - they charge $75 - is the charge refundable if I cancel the search before they find anything?

I don't believe this charge is refundable...

They list it as non refundable but it is in most situations. It's actually handled on a case by case basis if you cancel the search OR if you do not match, it is refundable. If they offer you something on the list and you have simply changed your mind, it is not refundable.
