I definately agree about phoning the french number - when i upgraded she said that she found a lakeside room and it was in the 40% offer so we added half board on parctically for nothing too !!1
Not sure why they do it and the other number doesnt but hey !!
one thing i am looking forward to is hot brekkie especially in the winter and the kids faces when i tell them we are staying there instead of the cheyenne !!
the hard part is going to be keeping it a secret til we get there
