RCI transfer.

I have a trip planned in August with 112 points that expire September 30th. I was dead set on going until I heard some of the rumored changes (No character meets, buffets, masks). I‘m seriously questioning if it’s even worth going. Anyways, I’m thinking about transferring my points to RCI. Can someone please explain to me how i do it? I’ve been searching the DVC website and I can’t figure it out.
