RCI to DVC and Free Dining??

I have booked a week at OKW from RCI points. I am wondering if the week we have booked ends up getting free dining if we could get it? Would we have to purchase tickets?

Im pretty sure that I know we can purchase the DDP without buying tickets, just didnt know for sure if we could take advantage of any free dining??

Free dining is for MYW resort package only, not DVC. It's a package discount.

Reservations made through points and RCI are not eligible for free dining. Only reservations made directly through Disney.

I dont think free dining would even happen for our dates, but wanted to make sure I wouldnt miss out if I could take advantage of the offer.

No free dining on any sort of DVC reservation. There is only one type of room reservation for which free dining is eligible, and that is a MYW package booked directly through Disney (or through a travel agent booking with Disney on your behalf), paying full rack rate for the room, including at least 2 day park tickets.

If you wish to use a dining plan, you can purchase one through DVC on your trade, but you can't get it free.
