RCI question?

I have been awarded 120 developer points which expire october 3rd. I was told I can put it into an RCI account. However they say it is not enough for a week so I have to put in some of my DVC points in. The question remains, since we ara a family of 5, they say that not many hotels allow 5 and that I will not be able to get a room for all of us.

I really dont know what to do. Should I just let the 120 points expire? Should I just invest 14 points for a studio? Or should I invest enought points for the one bedroom and risk not getting any reservation that allows 5 people in a room?

You could try putting the points up for rent on the Disboards rent/trade forum. If you can't find availability at SSR for a full week, maybe there's availability for a long weekend. I'd definitely try to rent them before I let them expire.

If you decide to do a deposit first, invest at least 160 points total for a high season 1 BR unless you have specific plans for a resort that has studios.
