Her trades are on weeks not points. In your opinion, what are better resorts on HHI thru RCI??

Harbourside III, Waterside, Monarch would be my top 3 choices. Not sure about Island Links, I haven't seen them up close. II is far better suited due to the better Marriott's.

Not necessarily but it depends on whether she has anything else to search with. Otherwise she'll have to keep calling and checking. Regardless, you'd need to pay a second exchange fee.
