RCI promoting DVC with Low Rentals

RCI is currently promoting their new relationship with DVC. They are renting DVC weeks at OKW, BWV, SSR, VB and HHI starting at $709.

Those are really low rental rates for a week in a DVC unit!!

$709 what a steal! Too bad DVC doesn't offer its own members a break!

The lowest studio week total was 80 points at OWK, renting direct from Disney $2261.

Are you sure? I went into RCI the other day and looked at the DVC rental prices.

I'm guessing that $709 price is probably a studio at HHI in mid-January, or something similar. None of the Orlando-area resorts are even close to that.

Seriously, Brian is probably correct. I doubt you get a BWV 2 bedroom for a week in June for that, LOL. It does say starting at $709.

I heard of someone booking a studio last week at Vero around Thanksgiving for $700 - it was during that one day RCI 40 percent off sale. I've got to watch that more closely. Might be a way to pick up a bargain on a Disney rental the next time RCI offers a one day sale.
