RCI exchange question

If I found a resort in RCI website, but don't see it from RCI exchange on the DVC website, does that mean I can't access that resort?

That is correct. DVC selects the resorts that DVC members can exchange to. Generally the best resorts that are not in Orlando though there are some other factors that sometimes affect the resorts available. You may be able to access other resorts (RCI or II) through private exchanges or independent exchange companies. What resort were you looking at?

I was looking at BANFF ROCKY MOUNTAIN RESORT. But I don't think it would be possible anyway as I was looking to see June dates and it's probably too close now to book.

Only about 12% of RCI resorts in CAN are on the list. You might find something short notice under 45 days. You might also try using the BVTC for one of the Club Intrawest resorts. There are some weeks in RCI including at resorts on the DVC list. Most are studios and 1 BR and almost all are June on or before the 19th.
