Is it just me, or are a lot of people at Disney deciding on new career options in the last couple of months? This from the LA Times:

Russ Bach, who as president helped to streamline Walt Disney Records, is resigning from the company.
Bob Cavallo, chairman of Walt Disney Co.'s Buena Vista Music Group, said Bach, 64, will retire Friday after 2 1/2 years at Disney. Cavallo hired Bach, a former president of distribution for EMI, to improve morale and help reorganize Walt Disney Records.
Bach will remain as a consultant for Disney until February. He could not be reached for comment.
