Rates for Oct and Nov?

I am a new AP holder and just learning about the rates. When can I expect rates to be released for Oct and Nov? Also, how do you find out about them? Thanks for your info!

I'm pretty sure the AP rates for the fall were released in August. The last two years we've gone in October and I booked our rooms in August using an AP.
