Rates for deluxes w/AP, summer months?

OK, I like to plan way in advance (planning is half the fun

Going next August. I was able to book the Dolphin (stayed here a couple years ago and loved it!) with an entertainment rate of $162.50. So, my question is what kind of rates could I expect to pay with an AP at other Deluxes at that time of year? Could I get a Disney deluxe for a simular price?

No, you won't get a Disney deluxe for that price unless you're including AKL and WL. Those two you usually CAN get for that price or even less. Expect to pay $200 or a bit more for the other deluxes. YC was $215 this year. I think we paid $189 last year. In the past few years, there were some state codes for $169 but not AP for that.
