Rates for December

I just sent a complaint to Disney regarding the lack of rates for the end of the year. Has anyone ever written to them on this subject, and if so, how long did it take to get a response?

Hmmmmm......... I can't recall ever reading about someone doing that. Discounts aren't a requirement, aren't promised, and may be limited at certain resorts or for certain dates. They vary from year to year and are announced whenever Disney determines it's the appropriate time. It's only my opinion, but I wouldn't expect any more than a "form letter" response, if you should get one.
Waiting is hard, but it's part of the quest for the best rate.

Lack of rates? There are rates available for December, they just aren't discounted. You can make a reservation. If you couldn't make a reservation, you would have a legitimate complaint. Disney is not required to have discounts or offer them months in advance.
