I booked my reservation online (Disney website) and in the confirmation email I received, it lists "Special Rate Type: Annual Product". What does that mean??:confused3

Sounds like you have an Annual Pass and have an AP discounted rate.

All of the basic reservations (rack rate) now state Special Rate: Annual Product. I think there is a glitch in the system.

If you were getting an Annual Passholder rate - you would have had to enter an AP # and the reservation would say "Annual Passholder Promotional Rate".

Maybe it just says that to make you think you have some type of special rate or discount. Many won't be checking that out but might think it. Just a thought.

This is good information for the Resorts Board ... "Annual Product" is the standard rates.. Nothing special there.

I'll be moving this one to Resorts and Booking - not a really good fit here on ThemeParks!

Thanks,

Knox

I have read reference to "Resorts and Booking" board several times on here. Where is it??? I am confused:confused3

Annual Product would mean a package sold through most of the calendar year, as opposed to many you see that are sold only for a specific, shorter time span. (Free dining as an example.)
