We will be there from 9/2-9/10. Plan to fly in early Wednesday and fly out late Thursday. Mnsshp happens on Friday and Monday while we are there. I’m hoping to louse those days as mk days for lower crowds.
wedensday- arrive at pop around noon. Skyliner to Epcot. Monorail chef Mickey around 5 and then spend the rest of the night at mk and stay for emh
Thursday- HS. Mama Melrose fantasmic package
Friday- MK early. BoG breakfast. 1900 park fare around 4-5 then in to Epcot for a few hours.
Saturday-AK. Yak and yeti for dinner.
Sunday- Epcot. Hoping for space 220. If we can’t get that son wants coral reef
Monday- (Labor Day) MK early. Skipper canteen late lunch. Trader sams. Then either a park or back to pop.
Tuesday- HS. Cape May for dinner
Wednesday- MK. BoG lunch. Artist pointe dinner.
Thursday- visit things we want to see again. DS for wine bar George before going to pop towait for tragical express.

Day 1 seems like a lot of time traveling. If you arrive around noon, arrive EPCOT about 1. Leave EPCOT by 3:30 to get to Contemporary by 5. Personally, I would just do MK that day. It seems like you are trying to pack in a lot on a day you may be tired from flying or have delays with the flights.
The rest looks good.

I agree with the poster above. You may want to simplify your plans on day 1 in just going to MK and Chef Mickey's or Epcot and Chef Mickey's

that’s true. I was thinking if our flight lands at 8 am we would be at pop around 11 and could walk around food and wine before dinner. The reason we plan to hop to MK that day is EMH.

Day 1 is a lot of travel. I would stay in MK all day.
Personally I would skip 1 day of Disney parks to see something different. Universal, Sea World or Cape Canaveral depending on you party / preferences.
It may be fun to exit at least one day the disney bubble :-)

We won’t have a car. And we’ve done universal 3 times and have no interest in Sea World. Maybe a rest day on Monday instead of MK?

I think it looks good. As others have pointed out, Day 1 may be a bit jammed. If you are leaving EP at 5:00 for your ADR at CM at 6:00 or so, then I would be okay with that plan because that's 4 hours in EP which you can accomplish a lot in. Anything less than that and I would can the EP portion and just do MK.

Since you have very little park hopping planned, you could save some money on tickets with only a little tweaking of plans.

Rest day is also another option :-) September will be quite hot so you can enjoy the swimming pool and Disney Spring shops.
Lot of people have little love for Sea World, but if you are a fan of thrill ride do not discard it immediately. I went there last year and they have 3-4 very good attractions with 1/10th of Disney and Universal crowd.
