Hi All,
Now that the Disney hours are up and our ADR's are all made, here is our final (hopefully) itinerary for our 2 weeks in Feb '09.

Me, my wife and 2 girls (aged 6 / 9) staying in Regal Sun Resort (in WDW, next to DTD):

Fri - travel there from UK (Virgin), get there, explore a bit (DTD?) and get some supplies in

Sat - Early bkfast at Chef Mickeys then MK for the morning only, lunch at Crystal Palace

Sun - Epcot (rope drop to 5pm), late lunch at Le Cellier

Mon - SeaWorld all day, "Dine with Shamu" dinner

Tue - Bkfast at Crystal Palace (pre-park opening), MK til 5pm, dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe

Wed - Studios (rope drop til kids are tired). Lunch at 50's Prime Time

Thur - Rest / DTD / Boardwalk (might do a DVC tour!)

Fri - AK (rope drop to 5pm closing), dinner at Boma

Sat - SeaWorld (am), Cirque de Soleil at 6pm followed by House of Blues for dinner

Sun - Rest (am), Studios (pm) for Block Party Bash parade and Fantasmic. Dinner at Brown Derby.

Mon - Trip out somewhere, possibly Airboat Ride and / or Cocoa Beach, evening - check out Bob Jackson at Port Orleans Riverside.

Tues - Universal Studios all day

Weds - MK (rope drop to closing with break), BB Boutique (in MK) at 1.30pm then leave for break at monorail resort/s (hire boats at GF?) dinner at 1900 Park Fare then back into MK for Parade, Wishes and more rides if time

Thur - Epcot (rope drop to closing with afternoon break), dinner at Rose and Crown timed for viewing of Illuminations

Fri - DTD check in, revisit favourite Disney park (am) then shuttle to Airport and home

What do you think?

Thanks for reading.

Matthew ;)

Your entire trip sounds great! I love your adrs and they seem great considering the ages of your kids. Is this your first trip to wdw? I ask because you sound like a disney planning pro! I hope you do a trip report so we can read all about your adventures!

Yes it is my first trip, but I have done lots of research - on here plus other websites, my new favourite book: the Unofficial Guide, about 6 different podcasts every week and asking questions to ther people who have been! If I do something, I like to do it properly!! :rotfl:

Your plans look great! You made some great choices. It is obvious you've done your research! :thumbsup2

this is JUST my opinion, but thats what u asked for I think so......... on the first Saturday, I think if u do Chef Mickeys for breakfast buffet and then CP buffet for lunch you will be STUFFED !!! Make CP for dinner and have a LIGHT lunchy snack in between, JMHO!!
Great job!! Have a blast!!:goodvibes

Thanks for that. I'm hoping that, as my breakfast is at 7am that by 12pm we will be OK for lunch? The kids won't eat much of the breakfast anyway - mainly for the characters for them!!
