Rate increases?

I posted a question on the Resorts Board about the 2003 room rates and haven't gotten any responses yet...thought I'd try over here. I'm trying to budget out our Feb. 2003 trip, but when I called CRO to get rates, she said they weren't out yet. Does anyone know typically how much of an increase there is year-to-year?

Maybe I'm crazy trying to plan so far in advance?

The room rates go up about 5 to twenty dollars a night depending on the resort.

Am wondering if, in light of current events and the economy, if the rate hikes might be smaller or even possibly non existent. Just a thought.
