Rate Change During our Stay...

I know it's been covered here before - but I don't know if this has changed recently, or not...

We're planning on checking in the last week of September next year & not checking out until 10/8 - looking at the rates on-line - Value season runs until 10/4 & then changes over to Regular season. If I book one ressie that starts during Value season, will I get the same rate throughout my stay?

Would it be a different answer if getting an AP rate on our room?

I know if you check in during value season, you get that rate for the entire stay. At least that is what it was for our Oct trip and is for our Feb 06 trip.

I can't answer about the AP rate.
