Rat Lady at HHN

So this is going to be our 3rd year in a row and the past 2 HHN I've missed the Rat Lady . Is she in a certain house or scarezone? I'm probably just shot and have walked by her a 100 times and never noticed her!

They will usually parade her around during the evening. I don't know if she'll be back this year or not.

i know who the rat lady was the past two years...........
