There's a nice piece on the Orlando Sentinel website today.

Basically it's a puff piece about Mr. Rasulo's first 8 months in the job (time flies when you're having fun).

However - it did have a couple of statements in it that made me very happy:

Sure, he gets to go on Space Mountain -- his favorite ride -- whenever he wants to. And, yes, he's ridden Epcot's new, and still unopened, Mission: Space, which he terms "absolutely fabulous."

It's very nice to have somebody in charge that actually HAS a favorite ride.

Keeping my fingers crossed...

One interesting blurb that I noticed was his strong hint that the Aladdin show at DCA may very well end up in WDW. Anyone care to guess where it will end up? My money's on MGM, replacing the long-running and successful Beauty and the Beast show. That theater seems to be large enough to accomodate the types of crowds that Aladdin would draw.

Doesn't the theater where Hunchback used to be need a new show? I know there were hints about, um, was it Snow White or something like that? But Aladdin seems like it would have more varied appeal.
