Yes, I did watch McDreamy- It was kinda fuzzy for me, so I'm looking forward to seeing it again tonight! I'm taking an easy today- but I have to get out of bed some... I promise to not over do it! DH will make sure of that!

OK, Nancy, I made it through the rain and the mushroom "forest" (so much rain the mushrooms / toad stools in the yard are so big they look like they ate Chicago) to the post office. This swap is now postal!! You should receive it Monday most likely.

Yeah, thanks.. You just sent the storm my way!! It is pouring now and the thunder is awful.. I need to head out to get DD from cross country.. I'm sure they are soaked!! I know..bad mommy I shouldn't laugh..but I so remember those days!

I hope the worst is over with the storm, Nancy, ......and that your DD was OK! It kind of cleared up here after the tornado watch was over. The sun even came out for a few minutes.

The weirdest thing was it poured major while I was driving to get her.. She ran to the van..jumped in and the sun came out! They had made it back to the school from their 3 mile run right before the downpour hit!!
Rumor has it we are up for tornado watches tomorrow... ugh! Will make for a long, trying day for sure!!

Practices have been going very well. We had two preview shows last weekend which were primarily designed to be early dress rehearsals and for family and friends to support us. International competition is in 2 1/2 weeks. Yay! I'm trying to stay well among all the bugs going around.... and, to save my voice!

Whew!! 24 hours and Piglet is done. WIll be bagging him up and send him out tomorrow. Made my first shaker box. It didn't come out as well as I had in my head, so I made four squares also to make up for it.

Ok, now I'm still trying to finish my last one...but things keep getting in the way.. I'm actually taking them to tryouts today to work on.. Here comes the scrap-mama to registrations and try outs... at least I will have 45 minutes per session (4 sessions) today so I should be able to get these done... (crossing fingers)...

Hi! Sorry I never checked in before! I have just finished my Ariel lot!!! I will pack it up tomorrow, but I can't send it until Tuesday, as I have to get some dollars to cover the postage.

Nancy, do you think $10 will be enough for the postage? I have sent this much for swaps before, and it seemed to cover the postage.

almost finished. doing genie tonight. most likely will have it shipped out in the mail on tuesday. you should get it by friday if not earlier. I hope everyone likes it. I'm pretty new to scrapbooking. I can't draw a straight line with a ruler. but my mother says everything looks good.
